Maintenance / Electric – 1st Shift

  • Repair all manufacturing equipment & perform preventative maintenance on equipment. Maintain quality building conditions. Repair, wire, and set-up new and existing equipment. Need experience using electrical precision measuring instruments and electronic testing devices. Capable of troubleshooting PLC, electrical hardware, servo drives or VFD. Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment. High school diploma or GED equivalent desired. 3-5 years of similar or related work experience preferred. Pay range $30-$35 per hour depending on experience; average 50 hours per week. Medical insurance available at 30 days, other voluntary  benefits available at 90 days.

Header Setup / Operator – 1st & 2nd Shift

  • Setup and operate multi-die headers. Proven talent with 56 or 89 Nationals or multi-die Sacmas will be given preference for consideration. Read blueprints or job orders to determine product specifications and tooling instructions. Inspect parts for defects, and measure parts to determine accuracy of machine operation using micrometers, gages, or other measuring instruments.  Observe machine operation to detect part defects or machine malfunctions, adjusting machine, as necessary. Performing job, individual must be able to bend, walk, stoop, and stand. Frequent lifting may be required, 40-50 pounds.  The individual will be exposed to normal machine shop environment. High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Prefer individual with 3-5 years’ experience. Pay range $25-$35 per hour depending on experience; average 50 hours per week.  Medical insurance available at 30 days, other voluntary  benefits available at 90 days. 

Auto Sorter – 2nd Shift

  • Setup and operator Accuvision sorting machinery to sort product for foreign material, missed operations, and any non-conformity that does not meet customer expectations.  Maintain samples and sample book, lot integration and proper quarantine procedures. Run boundary samples and document. Perform housekeeping duties as need in area. Frequent lifting may be required 30-35 pounds. Individual will be exposed to normal machine shop environment. High school diploma or GED desired. Starting pay range is $16-$18 per hour depending on experience. Medical insurance available at 30 days, other voluntary benefits available at 90 days.

Engineering Manager – 1st Shift

  • Plans, organizes, directs, or coordinates engineering activities to meet company objectives for design, new part/process development, and improvement of existing parts/processes by performing duties personally or through department employees. College degree with 3-5 years of experience or will accept 10 years of experience with tool design, fastener manufacturing, and product engineering. Pay range $70,000 - $85,000 depending on experience; average 40-45 hours per week. Medical insurance available at 30 days, other voluntary benefits available at 90 days.

Toolmaker – 2nd Shift

  • Maintain company quality standards to meet or exceed customer expectations. Manufacture, set-up, and repair all header tooling. Responsible for interpretation of tooling standards, prints, and procedures. Performing job, individual must be able to sit, stand, push/pull, and have precise manual dexterity. Occasional lifting may be required, 35-50 pounds. The individual will be exposed to normal machine shop environment (smoke, oil mist, and high noise frequencies). High School diploma or GED equivalent desired. Prefer individuals with 3-5 years’ experience. Pay ranges from $25.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience; average 50 hours per week. Medical insurance available at 30 days, other voluntary benefits available at 90 days.
