Maintenance / Electric – 1st shift
- Repair all manufacturing equipment & perform preventative maintenance on equipment. Maintain quality building conditions. Repair, wire, and set-up new and existing equipment. Need experience using electrical precision measuring instruments and electronic testing devices. Capable of troubleshooting PLC, electrical hardware, servo drives or VFD. Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment. High school diploma or GED equivalent desired. 3-5 years of similar or related work experience preferred. Pay range $30-$35 per hour depending on experience; average 50 hours per week. Header Setup / Operator – 1st & 2nd shift
- Setup and operate multi-die headers. Proven talent with 56 or 89 Nationals or multi-die Sacmas will be given preference for consideration. Read blueprints or job orders to determine product specifications and tooling instructions. Inspect parts for defects, and measure parts to determine accuracy of machine operation using micrometers, gages, or other measuring instruments. Observe machine operation to detect part defects or machine malfunctions, adjusting machine, as necessary. Performing job, individual must be able to bend, walk, stoop, and stand. Frequent lifting may be required, 40-50 pounds. The individual will be exposed to normal machine shop environment. High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Prefer individual with 3-5 years’ experience. Pay range $25-$35 per hour depending on experience; average 50 hours per week. Cost Estimator – 1st shift
- Receive requests for quotations and evaluate and interpret customer requirements from prints and other communications. Perform volume and weight calculations. Establish and document manufacturing processes along with material and routing costs. Contact and consult with outside suppliers as required for subcontract pricing. Be able to consult with team members as required to review work for accuracy and completeness. You may also be asked to help with continuous improvement activities on current parts and manufacturing processes. A High school diploma or GED equivalent required. 3-5 years of similar or related work experience preferred. Pay range $22-$25 per hour depending on experience. Medical insurance available at 30 days, other voluntary benefits available at 90 days.
Quality Technician – 1st shift
- Measure, evaluate and report on conformance to prints and or specifications or Engineering standards. Determine preliminary acceptance to these standards. Perform job function as applicable to Q.C. manual standards, prints, specifications and know how to report verbally or to present documented results of acceptance or rejection criteria(s). Must have the ability to develop a strong mental knowledge of customer base. This job requires the individual to be able to deal with people in critical situations while maintaining tact and composure. A High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Prefer individuals with 3-5 years of quality department experience. Pay range $20-$25 per hour depending on experience; average 45-50 hours per week.
