Accounting Associate – 1st Shift
- Responsible for processing accounts payable, maintaining records, data entry, check runs, recording general ledger entries, assisting with month end processes. Engage in critical and confidential aspects of accounting and ensuring compliance with the financial procedures of the organization. Assist in managing front office duties. High school diploma or GED equivalent required, preference to those with previous experience in accounting, and in a manufacturing environment.
Maintenance / Electric – 1st Shift
- Repair all manufacturing equipment & perform preventative maintenance on equipment. Maintain quality building conditions. Repair, wire, and set-up new and existing equipment. Need experience using electrical precision measuring instruments and electronic testing devices. Capable of troubleshooting PLC, electrical hardware, servo drives or VFD. Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment. High school diploma or GED equivalent desired. 3-5 years of similar or related work experience preferred.
Header Operator – 1st Shift
- Setup and run production on header per the work instructions and job traveler. Verify blueprints or job orders to determine product specifications and tooling instructions to produce a quality product. Responsible for understanding header standards, prints and procedures. Inspect parts for defects, and measure parts to determine accuracy of machine operation using micrometers, gages, or other measuring instruments. Observe machine operation to detect part defects or machine malfunctions, adjusting machine as necessary. Performing job, individual must be able to bend, walk, stoop, and stand. Frequent lifting may be required, 35-40 pounds. The individual will be exposed to normal machine shop environment. 5 years’ experience required. High school diploma or GED preferred.
Roll Thread Operator – 1st Shift
- Set up, operate, and tend machines to perform threading processes to form metal parts by pressing, straightening, cutting, piercing or other operations to taper, shape or roll form metal blanks with threads. Set blanks so that they are inserted, at proper position timing in roll thread dies. Adjust feeder bowl and rails. Set die pressures to assure correct thread sizing. Install, adjust, and remove dies, synchronizing cams, and stop guides using hoisting devices or hand tools. Select, align, and bolt positioning fixtures, stops and specified dies. Measure and inspect machined parts to ensure conformance to product specifications. Performing job, individual must be able to bend, walk, stoop, and stand. Frequent lifting may be required, 35-40 pounds. The individual will be exposed to normal machine shop environment. 5 years’ experience required. High school diploma or GED preferred.
